Resourceful and EasygoingTo build the team you need, Gyanhton assigns a dedicated team of experts. This team is usually composed of a project manager, a designer and one or more programmers for each specific project. Other teams can also be integrated if your project requires them, such as a data processing developer or a network manager.
The dedicated team works together under the responsibility and supervision of the project manager, who remains your only contact person. We use our own methodology, which is a mixture of two very well-known methodologies: Waterfall and Agile.
Our expert dedicated teams work in symbiosis. Each brings to the other their skills, experience, creativity and perspective to provide you with the best possible product that will meet your needs and beyond.
More about our methodology
- Development of the software flows sequentially from start point to end point.
- The design process is not broken into individual models.
- The customer can only see the product at the end of the project.
- Waterfall model is more secure because it is considered to be structured compared to the Agile model.
- All sorts of project can be estimated and completed.
- Only at the end, can the whole product is tested and errors are fixed incrementally.
- The development process is phased, and the phase is much bigger than iteration. Every phase ends with the detailed description of the next phase.
- Documentation generally has less priority than software development but of course, it can be a more fully developed if required by customer (for example, for training staff).
-
The testing phase is executed after the development phase because separate parts are not fully functional.
- All features developed are delivered at once after the implementation phase.
- Developers, designers and testers work together
- Developers are involved in requirement and planning process, which requires close communication between developers who analyze requirements and planning together.
